The Pastoral Counseling Center (PCCRV), a nonprofit organization with 501©3 status, was founded in 1974 by interfaith religious, mental health, medical and legal professionals coming together to meet a need in the Roanoke Valley. After 34 years of faithful commitment and unwavering mission to serve, The Pastoral Counseling Center of the Roanoke Valley, Inc. (PCCRV) is an institution with a purpose in our community that is stronger than ever. The only pastoral counseling center in Southwest Virginia, our offices have been located at the Second Presbyterian Church on Mountain and Third Street SW in Roanoke since our inception.
